A. In class Activity: Supplies required: Poster board or paper When: This is a good activity to do before the lesson. 

 

With the class: Post a variety of leadership quotes around a room. Have each student stand by one that speaks to them or shows their leadership values. Some quote suggestions:

◦ "If you think you can do a thing or think you can't do a thing, you're right." Henry Ford

◦ "It is better to lead from behind and to put others in front, especially when you celebrate victory when nice things occur. You take the front line when there is danger. Then people will appreciate your leadership." Nelson Mandela

Class question: Have them explain why it is relevant to their lives.
